In this deeply supportive experience, Missy will gently guide you through a Shamanic Journey, helping you access inner wisdom, spiritual guidance, and the root of a fear you’re ready to release. Through the rhythm of sound and intentional journeying, you’ll be held as you explore what’s beneath the surface—bringing awareness, compassion, and transformation to what has been held in the body and energy field.
As you journey, Sara will weave a sound bath of healing frequencies—using sound to move through the nervous system, soften resistance, and help release stored fear patterns. The vibrations work beyond the mind, supporting the body in letting go, recalibrating, and returning to a state of LOVE.
