Full Moon Release Ceremony, Energy Flow Circle & Sacred Fire

This is a pay-what-you-want/can event. The suggested energy exchange is $20. I never want to leave anyone out due to the ability to pay.

Sarah will start the ceremony with an energy flow circle that will ground us, raise our vibration,  and open our energy.  "Energy Flow Soul Circle" is a series of gentle and grounding energy flow exercises that help promote vitality and wellness.  Feel the flow of energy as it moves through our intricate bodies and discover how the energy works for us as we strive for optimum vitality and wellness within mind, body, and soul!  The energy flow exercises are simple yet powerful ways to gain physical and mental well-being!  

We will create a sacred space by calling in the four directions. Missy will build a sacred fire under the full moon so we can release things that are no longer serving us, such as anger,…
