Return of the Light Imbolc Gathering

Join Wings of Change Healing in honoring the return of the light, as we reach the halfway point between the Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox! As winter begins to soften, we will gather in sacred space to honor Imbolc, which is an ancient festival of renewal. This gentle turning point invites us to awaken inner light, plant intentions, and tend the quiet sparks of creativity and hope within. Through reflection, ritual, and soulful presence, we welcome a little more light with each day. With that comes the promise of new beginnings, honoring both the stillness of winter and the life quietly preparing to bloom.

This event will include: 

*Energy Flow Circle - a series of mindful movements, hand placements, and light tapping designed to stimulate energy flow throughout the body's natural energy systems.  As we move and breathe, we'll awaken vitality, balance, and inner harmony.
