About the event
Sarah will start the ceremony with an energy flow circle that will ground us, raise or vibration, and open our energy to receive the medicinal value of the Cacao Plant. "Energy Flow Soul Circle" is a series of gentle and grounding energy flow exercises that helps promote vitality wellness. Feel the flow of energy as it moves through our intricate bodies and discover how the energy works for us as we strive for optimum vitality and wellness within mind, body, and soul! The energy flow exercises are simple, yet powerful ways to gain both physical and mental well-being!
Missy will open sacred space around the fire and guide you on a meditation journey to open your heart and connect with plant medicine.
